Job summary

Sourceability is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to lead North American hyperscale and cloud growth. You’ll own messaging, develop a strategic partner and customer pipeline, and drive revenue with cross-functional teams in the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Travel will be 30–50% across the Americas, and you’ll collaborate with the SVP Partnerships to shape our memory group direction. A proven track record in memory/storage channels and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or sales with revenue growth.
• Experience in memory and storage distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Must have a valid driving license and passport.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working remotely.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Sales methodologies such as Miller Heimann, Challenger, or Sandler is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand North American hyperscale and cloud pipeline.
• Own messaging and delivery to sell Sourceability in NA.
• Generate expanded revenue with SVP Partnerships.
