Job summary

ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and scale our enterprise memory and storage business across North America.

You will expand our market footprint, drive direct revenue with key enterprise accounts and hyperscalers, and identify strategic opportunities across SSD, high-performance server memory, and AI storage solutions. Based in or near San Jose, CA, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to align roadmaps with client demands,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience within the server memory, enterprise storage, or semiconductor industries.
• Deep understanding of enterprise SSDs, enterprise DRAM, enterprise hardware architectures, and AI infrastructure trends.
• Established relationships with datacenter, server OEM/ODM, or system integrator buyers in the North American tech ecosystem.
• Based in or near San Jose, CA, with availability for localized client meetings and periodic industry travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new enterprise opportunities across server OEMs, ODMs, hyperscalers, and system integrators.
• Drive sales strategies and commercial roadmaps for server-grade DRAM, enterprise SSDs, and AI/datacenter storage hardware.
• Map out market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing models to capture market share in growth enterprise verticals.
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key client executives, procurement leads, and technology partners.
