Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related healthcare certifications preferred.
• Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) or Certified Hyperbaric Specialist (CHS) preferred.
• Pre- or post-hire completion of HBO Safety course within 5 years of hire.
• Experience with hyperbaric chamber safety and patient care is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform hyperbaric chamber operator duties and administer HBO therapy as prescribed.
• Monitor chamber equipment and patient responses, ensuring safety and proper adjustments.
• Enter daily treatment data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chambers and support systems.
• Lead safety program activities, conduct drills, and ensure NFPA 99 compliance.
