Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee the safe operation of hyperbaric chambers and related systems, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. The role involves coordinating with medical staff, nursing leadership, and facility management to maintain high safety standards.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead safety initiatives, conduct drills, and review incidents to facilitate learning and ongoing improvement in hyperbaric safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hyperbaric safety programs and procedures.
• Familiarity with NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, educate and orient patients about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Administer and monitor hyperbaric therapy sessions for patient safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and daily treatment data.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of hyperbaric chambers and support systems.
• Lead safety program activities and quarterly drills.
