Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director in Kentucky to oversee the safe delivery of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, chamber operation, and day-to-day maintenance. The role ensures policy compliance and coordinates with medical leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead safety initiatives, maintain complete patient records, and drive department procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CHT or CHS certification preferred.
• Completion of HBO Safety course (pre- or post-hire).
• Completion of Hyperbaric Medicine Introductory course acceptable.
• Current healthcare professional certification/license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chamber(s) and related systems.
• Administer HBO therapy per provider orders and monitor patient safety.
• Document daily hyperbaric treatments and wound care visits.
• Maintain safety program and conduct safety drills.
• Manage hyperbaric equipment and supplies; ensure safety compliance.
