Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring a Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, facilitate bookings and onboard new customers at our Northfield Township location. You will guide tours, explain services, and sell memberships while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong customer service, great communication, and weekend availability. You’ll enjoy a competitive hourly wage plus monthly incentives and access to Restore’s wellness services as a valued team member.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handle calls, voicemails, and manage bookings, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients and create profiles in the point-of-sale system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and employees.
• Represent the brand and embody Restore’s values.
