Qualifications

• Passionate about health and wellness.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Weekend availability expected.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Manage phone inquiries, voicemails, and booking flow.
• Onboard new clients and create profiles in the POS system.
• Promote and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, cautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment for guests and staff.
• Be a brand ambassador and expert on Restore products and services.
• Foster a fun, inclusive store culture with team recognition.
