Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.

• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Help clients over the phone, manage voicemails, and facilitate booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the point-of-sale system.
• Conduct store tours and upsell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
