Restore Hyper Wellness in Naples is hiring a Frontline Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, manage bookings, onboard new clients, and guide them through service packages and memberships. You will educate customers on benefits and safety, conduct tours, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a passion for fitness, and a track record in sales, with growth opportunities and a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to meet monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Assist with booking, scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles.
• Conduct tours and upsell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.
• Become an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand and embody Restore’s values and mission.
• Foster a fun, engaged store culture with recognition for contributions.
