Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy, Naples is hiring a Hyper Wellness Representative to blend sales with wellness education. You’ll welcome guests, tailor service recommendations, and build lasting relationships while guiding clients on their health journeys in a fast-paced, health-focused studio.

This part-to-full-time role offers $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities, benefits, PTO, and growth potential in a collaborative team dedicated to helping clients transform their wellness.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service.
• Experience: 1+ year in sales.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio tours and highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and address operational needs.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness.
