Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners; develop proposals; lead negotiations; and coordinate handoffs to operations for successful project delivery. This is a high-impact role with direct client exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
Strong HVAC and hydronics knowledge.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage accounts and close sales.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
Travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and owners
Identify and convert sales opportunities within existing and new accounts
Collaborate with engineering teams on hydronic equipment selection and system design
Conduct site visits, review plans, and define project requirements
Develop and present customized solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies
Lead contract negotiations and close deals
Coordinate project handoff to operations and ensure successful execution
Provide forecasting, account planning, and ongoing customer support
