Job summary

Famous Supply, led by the Director of Hydronics, seeks a Hydronic Product Specialist to drive sales and support for the hydronic offering. You will engage contractors, conduct training, perform site visits, prepare quotes, and identify hydronic customers and targets.

This role provides technical sales support in system design, troubleshooting, and design reviews, with opportunities for career growth in a family-owned HVAC wholesale business.

Qualifications

• Completion of HVAC/R vocational curriculum and 3+ years in the industry.
• Experience partnering with internal and external customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hydronic market development through customer identification, sales support, customer training and development, and sales team development
• Support Sales team and customers in system design, application, proposal generation, and presentations
• Field Technical sales support by site walk-through, system analysis, application analysis, performance recommendations to meet customers’ requirements.
• Train branch personnel within assigned territory
• Make recommendations for effective branch inventory, stock levels, new product offerings, consolidation opportunities.
