Job summary

Heven AeroTech seeks an Engineering Configuration Manager for Hydrogen to own the configuration management and documentation backbone of hydrogen generation and fueling technologies. Based at Winchester, VA, you will govern product baselines, change control, and design documentation to ensure consistency across engineering, production, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 5+ years in product lifecycle mgmt, manufacturing engineering, NPI, or tech transfer.
• Experience taking hardware products from prototype to production, including DFM/DFA reviews and stage-gate processes.
• Working knowledge of BOM structures, engineering change management, and PLM/PDM tooling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and system schematics.
• Strong cross-functional project management and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• BOMs: Structure and maintain multi-level engineering and manufacturing BOMs with full traceability.
• Change Control Management: Own end-to-end workflow for ECR/ECO/ECN, from evaluation to approval and implementation.
• PLM/PDM System Ownership: Administer PLM/PDM software to enforce revision control and workflow rules.
• Cross-Discipline Alignment: Act as central nexus between design, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality to prevent version drift.
