Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking an Engineering Configuration Manager for Hydrogen at its Winchester, VA facility. You will own the configuration management backbone, governing product baselines, change control, and design documentation across engineering, production, and field operations.

You will collaborate with fuel cell engineering, program management, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure safe, on-time transitions from concept to production, meeting cost and quality targets for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in product lifecycle management, manufacturing engineering, or related tech transfer.
• Experience taking hardware from prototype to production with DFM/DFMA reviews.
• Knowledge of BOM structures, change management, and PLM/PDM tooling.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, P&IDs, and system schematics.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multi-level BOMs with full traceability from components to sub-assemblies.
• Own end-to-end change management for ECR/ECO/ECN processes.
