Plug Power is seeking a Field Service Technician I based in Indiana, responsible for maintaining fuel cell products and performing onsite diagnostics and repairs. This role includes troubleshooting high-pressure hydrogen systems while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydrogen storage and fueling systems.
• Provide emergency support service to customers as required.
