Job summary

Turner Industries, a leading industrial contractor in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a Hydroblasting Supervisor for our Specialty Services team. You will direct hydroblasting crews, interpret blueprints, and ensure on-time, safe project execution in the field.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of foreman/crew-leader experience in hydroblasting, possess a TWIC card, and comply with safety requirements. We offer health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a Foreman/Crew leader in hydroblasting or related field.
• TWIC card required.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87).
• Adherence to client safety requirements and PPE.
• Ability to lead and coordinate hydroblasting teams.

Responsibilities

• Interprets blueprints and orders; assigns duties and ensures production per schedule.
• Trains workers and coordinates activities of construction workers.
• Monitors safety compliance and enforces company policies on site.
• Maintains records of time and production; may estimate worker-hours and costs.
