Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Hydroblasting Supervisor for our Specialty Services team in Texas. The role oversees hydroblasting crews, interprets blueprints, assigns tasks, and ensures safety and productivity on site.

Candidates should have foreman/crew leadership experience in hydroblasting and vacuum work, and possess a TWIC card. The position emphasizes independent judgment, coordination with client safety requirements, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a Foreman/Crew Leader in hydroblasting and vacuum fields.
• TWIC card required.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87).
• Job site safety requirements per client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots).
• Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, harness).

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and orders; estimate hours and materials.
• Assign duties, supervise and ensure adherence to standards.
• Train workers and coordinate activities of construction crews.
• Maintain safety programs and document time and production records.
