Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Hydroblasting Crew Leader to manage blasting operations in the Texas area. Responsibilities include directing abrasive-laden blasts, adjusting equipment for the required finish, and ensuring safety protocol adherence on site.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of experience, and be prepared for site-specific requirements such as TWIC and possible NCCER certifications. OSHA PPE and safety rules apply at all times.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• TWIC card is required for access to some sites.
• NCCER certifications may be required at some jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Direct blasts and adjust pressure/concentration to achieve specified finish.
• Wear PPE and protect eyes/hands during hydroblasting.
• May order materials as needed and perform additional assignments.
