Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Hydroblast Technician to join a safety‑minded team. The role involves working at multiple customer sites, operating high‑pressure hydroblasting equipment, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Expect rotating shifts with days and nights, overtime as needed, and opportunities to grow within a leading environmental and industrial services provider. Heavy emphasis on health and safety across assignments.

Qualifications

• Hydroblasting experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with vacuum trucks, warehouse/manufacturing, general labor or production environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Hands-on operation of manual and automated hydroblasting equipment
• Operate special equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps
• Maintain and inspect equipment and peripherals, including vacuum trucks
• Follow safety policies and procedures and perform maintenance as needed
• Travel to multiple customer sites and support blasting operations
