Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to execute safety-conscious industrial cleaning projects at customer sites across service lines. You will lead crews, coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment readiness, and document activities to meet client specs.

Additionally, you will help uphold safety programs, operate hydro-blasting and high-pressure pumps as needed, and work with customers to achieve quality results while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training.
• On-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs.
• Ability to operate manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for policies & procedures at the job site.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment as required.
• Operate high-pressure pumps and related equipment on-site.
• Ensure surfaces meet client specifications through inspection and cleaning.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and document usage.
• Coordinate with customer representatives to meet scope and expectations.
