Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to execute industrial cleaning projects at customer sites across services lines. The role includes leading two or more crews, planning operations, ensuring equipment safety, and maintaining documentation for timely reporting.

Expect hands-on hydroblasting work, use of UHPPs, and coordination with customers to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including safety training
• Language proficiency in English to comprehend safety training and emergency instructions
• Valid driver’s license and driving policy compliance

Responsibilities

• Safety lead for policies & procedures for company and customer
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment when required
• Operate equipment like ultra-high-pressure pumps and vacuum trucks
• Oversee equipment operation and ensure conformity to specs
• Coordinate with customer representatives on job setup and requirements
