Job summary

Thompson Industrial is seeking Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to safely execute jobs at customer sites across service lines. The role requires leading two or more crews, planning and coordinating daily operations, and ensuring proper equipment operation and documentation.

A strong focus on safety and customer relations is emphasized throughout the team. Responsibilities include hands-on hydroblasting, operation of high-pressure pumps, and supervision where needed.

Qualifications

• Must understand safety policies and operate hydroblasting equipment.
• Experience leading two or more crews and coordinating daily operations.
• Ability to document work accurately and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for policies and procedures for company and customer.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment when required.
• Operate ultra-high-pressure and chemical cleaning equipment.
• Inspect surfaces for conformance to specs.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Interface with customer representatives on job setup and scope (for supervisor).
