Job summary

Dover Hydraulics, a SunSource company, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. You will promote Dover's hydraulic repair services and SunSource fluid power products while earning uncapped commissions and a base salary plus transitional income guarantees where offered.

Travel across the territory is required as you present solutions, build long-term partnerships, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of industrial outside sales or technical sales experience.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, and fluid power systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the territory.
• Experience selling into heavy industrial markets is preferred.
• CRM proficiency and sales reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers.
• Identify opportunities for hydraulic repair services and fluid power products.
• Generate new business through prospecting and account development.
• Conduct customer presentations and recommend solutions based on needs.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity tracking in company systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer needs.
