Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic hoses, mechanical assembly, or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and use of hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems, hoses, fittings, valves, and cylinders.
• Ability to read basic assembly drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install hydraulic hoses and fittings on heavy equipment during the manufacturing process.
• Route hoses according to drawings and instructions.
• Connect hoses to hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and other components.
• Measure, cut, and prepare hydraulic hose as required.
• Install and tighten fittings, adapters, clamps, connectors.
• Identify hose sizes and fitting configurations.
• Use hand and power tools during assembly.
• Secure hoses to prevent rubbing and movement.
