Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic and industrial hose products according to work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and manufacturing equipment.
• Cut, assemble, crimp, and prepare hose assemblies as required.
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly specifications.
• Measure components and verify dimensions to ensure products meet specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Identify defective materials or assembly issues and communicate them to the supervisor.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work effectively with other members of the production team.

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable and Assembler to join our manufacturing team in North Houston. The Assembler will be responsible for building and assembling hydraulic and industrial hose products according to customer specifications, production requirements, and established quality standards.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and mechanical components and takes pride in producing quality products.
