Hydromotion, Inc. is seeking Hydraulic Assemblers for 2nd or 3rd shift to join our Chester County production team. You will assemble, test, and repair hydraulic components, with hands-on work that contributes directly to our quality promise.

You will read prints, align parts, and use hand and power tools, fixtures and hoists on a busy shop floor. Competitive pay, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Read and understand prints, or the willingness to learn.
• At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work a consistent off-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions and prints.
• Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and hoists.
• Clean and prepare parts using manual and automated equipment.
• Test completed assemblies to ensure proper performance.
