Job summary

Aggressive Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on assembler to join our team in Cedar, Minnesota. You will assemble actuators, perform final inspection, and conduct pressure testing while adhering to safety procedures and documentation requirements.

Strong math and measuring skills are a plus. Ideal candidates have mechanical assembly experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, and the ability to read prints and BOMs.

About this position

Primary Objectives:

• Responsible for Quality of parts assembled in a timely manner
• Responsible for daily assembly of work in adherence to the quality management system

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the assembly of actuators
• Final assembly Inspection of parts
• Complete pressure testing of parts
• Following safety procedures
• Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints..etc.)
• Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical assembly experience in a related industry (preferred)
• Fluid power technology degree (preferred)
• Experience using various hand and power tools (hydraulic presses, etc.)
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude (preferred)
• Comfortable using various computer software
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment
