Job summary

Value Added Distributors, Watertown, SD, seeks a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble hydraulic hose components, use hand and power tools, and maintain quality while meeting delivery timelines.

In this full-time, hourly role, you must lift up to 65 lbs, read tape measures and calipers, and follow safety procedures. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior industrial experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and documents.
• Comfortable reading tape measures and calipers and performing basic math.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hose components according to production guidelines.
• Complete inspection paperwork and keep accurate records.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow quality standards.
• Safely operate tools and equipment; assist team to meet delivery timelines.
• Follow safety practices and wear required PPE; cross-train as needed.
