Job summary

American Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician for first shift to support hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical and electrical assembly, and some welding on custom industrial machinery.

Responsibilities include reading schematics and blueprints, assembling sub-assemblies and wiring, and installing components using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding equipment. Experience with large industrial equipment and hydraulics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
• Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, sub-assemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment.
• Experience with large industrial assembly of equipment and machinery. Hydraulics and mechanical assembly. Read blueprints/schematics. A solid machine builder with mechanical and hydraulic systems assembler experience.

Hydraulic assemblies and sub assemblies and some fabrication

Assembly technician needed for client company on 1st shift.

Industrial equipment, machinery assembly with focus on industrial machine building-hydraulics/pneumatics, mechanical and electrical as well as some welding.
Custom industrial and manufacturing machinery.

Pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical assembly. Also wiring, relays, controls and piping.

1st shift $30-$34/hour
