Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Workspace Experience and Operations Manager to oversee multi-site facilities services and vendor performance in a dynamic, hybrid environment. You will coordinate workplace services, drive operational excellence, and support future workplace initiatives with cross-functional teams.

You will manage work orders and KPIs, partner with stakeholders, and ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance while seeking efficiency and innovative workplace

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workplace management, facilities operations, corporate services, or a related environment.
• Proven experience managing vendors, work orders, and operational KPIs.
• Strong proficiency with workplace management systems and data analytics tools (Corrigo, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace operations across multiple sites with consistent service delivery.
• Oversee third-party vendors for janitorial, maintenance, and other services.
• Own work order management and KPI tracking via Corrigo and similar tools.
• Support workplace projects and change management initiatives with leadership teams.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and VIPs to meet workplace expectations.
