Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role involving direct public engagement, customer service, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Provide SNAP E&T, RESEA, H-2A housing inspection, and Wagner-Peyser services to support statewide workforce initiatives.
• Conduct eligibility assessments, referrals, and case management to assist participants.
• Travel statewide for inspections and engage with employers and community partners.
