Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Workforce Development Supervisor to lead program staff, ensure service quality, and partner with stakeholders. The role is scheduled-hybrid, requiring two days on-site and remaining days remote or in a community setting.

The position emphasizes team development, day-to-day supervision, and delivering optimum outcomes for participants, with a pay range of $71,033 to $86,818 per year.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of WIOA, MFIP, SNAP and housing supports is beneficial.
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve outcomes.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to assigned staff and motivate them to achieve results.
• Ensure program quality and assist manager for overall program excellence.
• Build a cohesive program team with consistent direction and support.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver services.
• Manage daily activities and assign work to staff.
