The WDS will collaborate with partners, manage day-to-day operations, and balance flexible-hybrid work with on-site needs. 2–4 years of relevant experience is preferred with an Associates or Bachelor's degree as a plus.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of social service systems such as WIOA, MFIP, SNAP, etc.
• Familiarity with grants and quality programs for participants.
• Knowledge of plan development and case management techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• Assist manager to build a cohesive, focused program team.
