Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Workforce Development Supervisor to lead and supervise program staff, ensure service quality, and support participant outcomes. The role involves allocating work, monitoring daily activities, and resolving issues with internal and external partners.

This position is scheduled as hybrid, with at least two days on-site and remaining days from home office, per the posted description.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Efficient organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Knowledge of social service systems and supports such as WIOA, MFIP, SNAP.
  • Familiarity with grants, funding sources and quality programs and services.
  • Knowledge of plan development, goal writing, placement and case management techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Staff Supervision: Provide direct supervision to assigned staff and engage, motivate, and inspire them to achieve desired results.
  • Program Quality Assurance: Ensure quality of services and assist the Manager for overall excellence of the program area.
  • Team Development: Help build a cohesive program team with direction and support to achieve results.
