This scheduled-hybrid role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of social service systems; 2–4 years experience and an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of social service systems and supports (WIOA, MFIP, SNAP, etc.).
• MVR check required: valid license, insurance, age 21+.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: provide direct supervision and motivate staff.
• Program Quality Assurance: ensure quality of services and assist manager for program success.
• Team Development: help build a cohesive program team with direction and support.
