Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist to join a hybrid Claims Team. The role involves thorough investigations, liability assessment, loss evaluation, and settlement negotiations for mid-sized to large commercial accounts. Training, mentoring, and on-the-job development are provided.

Candidates may hold Associate/ Specialist levels depending on experience; travel to Plano, TX may be required for onboarding. A hybrid work setup is offered with some onsite days.

• Investigates new claims by reviewing reports and gathering information.

• Communicates findings clearly to policyholders and stakeholders.
