Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Learning & Development Project Coordinator / LMS Administrator for a 6-week contract in Minneapolis. This hybrid role offers 10–20 hours per week with a rate of $35–$40 per hour.

The selected candidate will support two LMS-focused initiatives: migrating historical employee survey data and serving as the primary Workday Learning administrator, coordinating data validation, reporting, and LMS operations to keep the project on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous LMS administration experience required.
• Experience with Workday Learning strongly preferred.
• Strong data management, reporting, and validation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working with confidential employee information and following data security protocols.
• Comfortable partnering with Learning & Development, HR, and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS Workday Learning and maintain learner records.
• Handle course registrations, learning assignments and transcripts.
• Migrate and validate historical survey data; ensure data accuracy before migration.
• Collaborate with L&D, HR and IT to meet project deadlines and data security standards.
