Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA, Inc.) seeks a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst for a contract role in Rockville, MD or Tysons, VA. You will support Workday production operations, partner with HR COEs, Product, and IT engineering, and drive data quality, testing, and enhancements.

You will lead data cleansing efforts, support UAT, and provide advanced reporting using Workday and third-party tools to enable informed business decisions. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• 7+ years' work experience in HRIS
• 3+ years Workday Core HCM configuration
• 3+ years HRIS Workday support and testing
• Experience with UAT, test planning and defect management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting production environments and data issues
• Strong HR data understanding and data quality

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday production support and maintenance.
• Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation
• Provide functional guidance to HR partners on Workday processes and transactions
• Data cleansing initiatives, audits, and preventive controls
• Advanced reporting and analytics using Workday reporting and third-party tools
