Job summary

FINRA in Rockville, MD seeks a Senior Analyst, HR Technology to own Workday operations, optimize HRIS processes, and partner with HR COEs, Product, and IT engineering. You will manage production issues, testing, and data quality, while translating business needs into clear requirements and leading UAT and training initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in HRIS with Workday, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience.
• 3+ years configuration experience with Workday HCM core modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits) and at least one: Recruiting, Talent, Performance.
• 3+ years of HRIS experience focusing on Workday operational support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday production support and issue resolution.
• Lead Workday configurations, testing, and deployments with HR and IT partners.
• Perform UAT, data quality audits, and data cleansing initiatives.
