Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of Workday security configuration and administration experience
• Demonstrated expertise with Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules
• Background in higher education ERP systems strongly preferred
• Experience with Workday Student a plus

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain security groups, role assignments, and domain security policies for Workday.
• Manage security across HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules including access controls and approvals.
• Administer integration system users (ISUs) and maintain integration security protocols.
• Configure security for Workday releases and service packs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll to align security with business needs.
• Lead security configuration sessions for new implementations and modules.
