Northeastern University seeks a Workday Security Business Analyst to design and administer security for Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance. You will manage role-based access, security groups, and integration security while ensuring GLBA/SOX compliance across the ERP ecosystem.

The role partners with HR, Finance, and Payroll to balance strong security with efficiency, joining a collaborative ITS team protecting data and enabling institutional excellence in a dynamic higher education setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of Workday security configuration and administration experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules; higher education ERP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain security groups, role assignments, and domain security policies.
• Manage security across Workday modules including approvals and SOX controls.
• Administer ISUs and maintain integration security protocols.
• Test security for Workday releases and maintain security run books.
