Allied Resources Technical Consultants seeks a Data Analyst II to support ERP management through data aggregation, cleansing, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with business stakeholders to develop insights and monitor performance across functions.

Based in Lexington, KY with hybrid work, onsite until fully trained. The role emphasizes KPI reporting, dashboards, regulatory and financial reporting, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or data science.
• Experience working with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and related enterprise systems.
• Strong experience compiling, cleansing, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Ability to perform data analysis and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
• Experience with warehousing, inventory analytics, or supply chain reporting is preferred.
• Technical, engineering, or utility industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, aggregate, and cleanse data from multiple sources to support business operations and reporting.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and dashboards.
• Support financial reporting, material tracking, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor end-to-end business communications and operational workflows.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, customer reporting, and special project support.
• Extract actionable insights from large datasets to drive informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
