Job summary

Ender-IT seeks a Systems Analyst to orchestrate cross-system integrations across SaaS platforms like Workday, recruiting and learning systems, and in-house applications. You will govern analytics, UX, and data governance to support decision-making for complex HR tech ecosystems.

The role leads global technical projects, mentors teams, and ensures timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. Hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

This role ensures understanding and execution of seamless integration across SaaS platforms like Workday, recruiting systems, learning systems, and home grown systems in latest technology stack while driving governance, analytics, and user experience improvements.

Scope for this engagement is as follows:

• The Systems Analyst will assess the overall design of assigned technical projects (custom or product strategy) and recommend best practices for solutions based on business needs.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take projects from initial ideation through to successful completion, ensuring that innovative solutions are effectively implemented and integrated into existing processes.
