Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Workday Business Analyst in Los Angeles to analyze business needs and implement Workday solutions across HR, Payroll, IT, and related teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline processes and enable efficient Workday usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT/HR/Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience working with Workday applications or other ERP systems, including configuration and support.

• Assists in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday modules.
• Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday applications.
• Manages system updates and ensures smooth transitions during upgrades.

• Develops and executes test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Workday configurations.
