Job summary

Endava is seeking a Workday Analyst to join our US team. You will perform Workday HCM maintenance, audits, testing, and data analysis while collaborating with IT and business users to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR systems.

You will develop testing scripts, document functionalities, and provide cross-department support, enabling efficient HR processes and data integrity in a dynamic, hybrid work environment across client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Workday experience required for HCM maintenance and audits.
• Workday configuration experience preferred, but not required.
• HR experience and/or support desk experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as a functional analyst.
• Minimum 1 year writing and executing test scripts.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions.
• Workday HCM maintenance and audits.
• Security maintenance.
• Development of testing scripts and execution of testing.
• Develop and maintain functional/user documentation.
• Data analysis for accuracy and comparisons.
• Cross-departmental support of all departments that utilize HR systems.
• Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams and IT.
