Job summary

HPOne in Shelton, CT is seeking an experienced Workday HCM administrator to partner with HR stakeholders, maintain data integrity, test system changes, gather requirements, develop meaningful reports, and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall user experience. Responsibilities

• Serve as HCM system administrator for Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, and Integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system configurations and workflows.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and feature testing to improve functionality.
• Configure and test new features and integrations to deliver efficiencies and better UX.
• Provide end-user support and resolve system-related issues promptly.
