Job summary

The University of Minnesota is seeking a Workforce Solutions Coordinator (Education Program Development & Implementation Specialist 4) to coordinate logistics for workforce initiatives, design training, and support LMS implementation.

You will work in a hybrid role with on-campus duties three days per week, collaborating with workforce consultants to deliver training, data collection, and evaluation across multiple projects. Occasional travel up to four days may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in human services, education, or related field; or master's with 3+ years of experience
• Travel willingness for occasional state and national trips up to 4 days
• Experience coordinating multiple parallel workstreams and re-prioritizing tasks to ensure delivery
• Experience using or implementing LMS platforms and related tech
• Proficiency with common office software and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting schedules, resources, and logistics for workforce initiatives and training
• Track deliverables and support PIs across multiple parallel projects
• Oversee registration, facilitator assignments, scheduling, invoicing and payments per external procedures
• Plan logistics for webinars, training sessions, onboarding and LMS guidance
• Provide training and technical assistance for workforce projects and LMS implementation
• Aggregate, analyze, and report workforce data to satisfy funder requirements
• Develop curricula and materials using instructional design principles
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs
• Promote programs and manage outreach and recruitment
• Represent the organization at conferences and events
• Embed DEI principles into planning and delivery
