Job summary

Napa Valley Wine Train is seeking a Membership Coordinator to enhance the member experience and boost wine club sales and retention. This hybrid role will also support retail/photo/cafe spaces as needed, contributing to a premium guest experience.

The position requires 2 years of wine membership or customer service experience, knowledge of wine, and familiarity with wine club systems (C7 is a plus). Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a wine membership and/or customer service position.
• Knowledge of wine and Direct to Consumer sales practices.
• Working knowledge of wine club management systems; C7 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience as part of the NVWT wine club team.
• Drive wine sales and wine club retention to build long-term relationships.
• This is a hybrid role that may also work in retail/photo/cafe spaces as needed.
