Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of wine hospitality, retail management, direct-to-consumer sales, or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing databases, POS systems, and customer relationship platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast inventory and production needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for wine, hospitality, and delivering world-class customer experiences.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and have a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Manage club communications and cultivate meaningful relationships with wine club members.
  • Resolve member concerns proactively and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate event-related services.
  • Partner with winery leadership on strategic initiatives that support long-term growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, DTC best practices, and competitive market activity.

As our Wine Club Manager, you will take ownership of the entire wine club program, including membership growth, retention, club shipments, events, communications, and member engagement.
