Job summary

Capital Group seeks a seasoned web experience professional to design and deliver engaging experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will work with IT to improve authoring, components, and templates while enforcing standards for accessibility and performance.

You will administer configuration tools, support distributed authors, and ensure coordinated releases across sites and campaigns. A strong background in HTML/CSS, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates initiative by diagnosing issues and proposing solutions on complex issues.
• Ability to plan processes and coordinate work across diverse teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with managers and peers.
• Proven collaboration across functions to achieve business objectives.
• Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and analytics and applying them to work.

Responsibilities

• Build web experiences using AEM and related design, writing, and UX skills.
• Collaborate with IT on enhancements to authoring, components and templates.
• Administer web configuration tools to deliver targeted experiences and A/B tests.
• Coordinate releases and publishing across sites, audiences, and campaigns.
• Support authors with best practices for SEO, metadata, and tagging.
• Maintain sites using Adobe Experience Manager CMS, including architecture and workflows.
